Rates -

Our Man and Van service offers you a flexible affordable and efficient option for all your moving jobs.

We have well maintained reliable vehicles equipped with Sat nav to get you there quickly and directly.

We can charge by the hour, by the day or through a specific quote – whatever suits you for the job in hand.

Our Man and Van service is available seven days a week from 7 am. We are completely flexible and can work on short notice - so if you need a job doing quickly then simply give us a call and we’ll do our very best to help.

Price guide for the hire of Mercedes Benz Long Wheel Base Sprinter Van £45.00 per hour. (Minimum 2 Hour call out charge £90.00.) Includes 1 man - Extra manpower available on request.

Every job is different and by contacting us we can provide you with a full and accurate quote that takes into account your specific requirements.

Conditions.

All payment is due on the day when the job is completed. Cash Only - No cheques or Credit/Debit cards. A receipt is available upon request . Please have payment ready for when the job is completed our drivers have a schedule and cannot hang around - Time is money and extra rates will be added for time waiting for payment.

Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time - circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We do not offer discount for lateness. It is the client’s responsibility to be present at all addresses concerned throughout the moving process.Removalsatob will not be responsible if the property is left unattended. We reserve the right to refuse cease or stop the job at any point if our staff are abused - verbally or otherwise. You must note any visible loss or damage or failure to produce any goods at the time of Delivery / Destination. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after a job is complete and payment received. The Removalsatob office must be informed on the day of the move.Time and charges start upon arrival and ends when the Van is emptied at your destination when payment becomes due.

We request that customers disclose as much information as possible about the load, ie.amount and nature of items,any special parking arrangements,any stairs or tight spaces to be negotiated. Items that might need dismantling and so on. - We reserve the right to refuse to take any load we feel is unsuitable or that has not been accurately specified before collection.If you have to cancel but do not inform us 24 hours before our due arrival time, you will be liable to the full price of your booking cost. ANY CANCELLATION MUST BE DONE BY TELEPHONE AND NOT BY  E-MAIL .We request that our customers are packed and ready to load when we arrive. This will help us to stay on schedule and you to avoid any overtime charges. Any Items - Detours and extra pick-ups not mentioned when the Quote is given will be added to the overall total at the end.

PLEASE NOTE THE PRICE AGREED BEFORE ANY JOB COMMENCES IS NOT UP FOR NEGOTIATION AFTER IT HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

THE AMOUNT AGREED AT THE OUTSET AND ANY UNSPECIFIED CHARGES INCURRED ON TOP MUST BE PAID IN FULL. Any outstanding invoices unpaid after 14 days will incur interest calculated weekly and backdated to the job date at 10%. After 30 days the invoice will incur a £75 administration surcharge and be passed on to a 3rd party collection agency. We will inform you 5 days before this occurs and after this we will have no further responsibility or involvement with the debt.
